2000–present: at&t park

2009: mix of old & new , no-hitter

during off season, giants strengthened pitching staff acquiring veteran starting pitcher randy johnson , relievers bobby howry , jeremy affeldt. giants signed infielders Édgar rentería , juan uribe. despite questions lingering team s struggling offense, team compiled 49–39 record 2009 major league baseball all-star game, enough second place in nl west.

2011 began on dark note when giants fan bryan stow critically injured after being attacked dodgers fans in dodger stadium parking lot on opening day. season continued plagued hardship, on may 25 during regular season game against miami marlins giants star catcher, buster posey, suffered year ending injury in collision @ home plate. san francisco finished 2011 season disappointing 86–76 record, winding in second place in nl west, 8 games behind arizona diamondbacks.


2012: champions again
