for regular petaluma transit routes:
adult fare: $1.25
student fare:$1.00
senior (65 , older)/disabled fare: $0.50
two children, 5 years or younger, may ride free 1 paying adult.
for petaluma paratransit:
one-way fare: $2.25

petaluma transit issues free transfers paid fare connections other petaluma transit routes @ time of boarding complete one-way trip not served single route. transfer must used within 1 hour.
inter-agency transfers
golden gate transit:
from ggt: petaluma transit accepts ggt transfers full local fare credit.
to ggt: accepts petaluma transit transfers $1.00 fare credit adults ($0.50 youth, seniors, , persons disabilities) continuing travel on ggt. surrender transfer bus operator receive appropriate credit.
sonoma county transit:
from sct: petaluma transit accepts sct transfers $0.10 credit.
to sct: accepts petaluma transit transfers first zone fare credit.
sonoma–marin area rail transit:
from smart: passengers receive $1.50 fare credit when paying clipper.
to smart: similarly, passengers receive $1.50 discount when paying cash value.

petaluma transit pass - valid 1 calendar month, allowing unlimited rides on petaluma transit routes

any person enrolled in class @ santa rosa junior college eligible student pass. petaluma paratransit offers rider card $27.00, 12 one-way trips.
the passes can purchased @ finance department @ city hall, lucchesi community center, petaluma city schools admin office, mail depot (4th & c), g & g supermarket, lolita s market, petaluma jr. high, kenilworth jr. high, or through mail contacting city hall.
