the track run in both clockwise , counterclockwise directions. during schools , track days course run 1 way in morning, , other after lunch or instruction break. races may run same way weekend, or 1 way 1 day, other next. has changed. track run in counter clockwise direction. track rewards handling on horsepower straights short, , corners reasonably long , fast. little tally not complex track, has character, first turns in either direction. talladega gran prix raceway redesigned , repaved in 2007. new layout near top of page.
