there 8 partial checkpoints, i.e.; established checkpoint operating periodically. partial checkpoints exist within israel proper , applied citizens. metal gate, manned idf, used control movement along roads. there 67 of these in west bank.

there flying checkpoints unannounced spot-checks spontaneously erected period of time, on key transportation routes @ peak travelling times. in july, august , september 2006, flyings checkpoints used average of 165 times per week.
