coaching career

after days footballer kashyap went coaching. first job mahindra united u-19 coach. during last season mahindra youth team guided them super division title in mumbai football league.


air india

before 2010-11 i-league season santosh signed i-league club air india fc. despite low amount of funds given santosh still managed keep air india out of relegation zone.


mohun bagan

kashyap appointed mohun bagan coach on 26 may 2012. however, resigned after 2 matches in 2012–13 i-league , poor performance in 2012 federation cup.


ongc

after resigning mohun bagan, appointed ongc f.c. rest of season.


rangdajied united

kashyap managed rangdajied united f.c. 2013–14 i-league season. however, on 21 february 2014, sacked team after disappointing start of season.


royal wahingdoh

kashyap appointed coach newly promoted royal wahingdoh before 2014–15 i-league. under coaching, royal wahingdoh ended season @ respectable third position. however, royal wahingdoh pulled out of i-league , kashyap left club.


salgaocar

kashyap appointed salgaocar head coach in 2015–16 season after salgaocar began season 4 consecutive loss. kashyap stopped salgaocar s losing run , saved salgaocar relegation. however, club parted ways kashyap on 27 april 2016 @ end of season.


mumbai fc

on 22 june 2016, mumbai f.c. announced kashyap take on head coach 2016-17 season.
