the naval sea systems command (nssc), formerly known naval support command (nascom), biggest industrial complex of armed forces of philippines. operates country s military shipyards, develops new technologies navy, , conducts maintenance on navy s ships. nssc s principal facilities @ offshore operating base @ muelle de codo , @ fort san felipe in cavite city.


naval education , training command

the naval education & training command (netc) philippine navy s institution of learning. mission provide education , training naval personnel may able pursue progressive naval careers. netc located in naval station san miguel, san antonio, zambales.


naval reserve command

the naval reserve command (navrescom) organizes, trains, , keeps tabs on naval reservists (which includes naval reserve officers training corps units midshipmen , midshipwomen). responsible recalling reservists meet sudden spikes in military manpower demand, war, rebellion or natural disaster. navrescom presently based @ fort santiago, manila. formerly known home defense command.


naval combat engineering brigade

the naval combat engineering brigade (ncebde), more popularly known seabees, tasked combat engineering , amphibious construction in support of fleet-marine operations. performs under combat conditions construction of roads, bridges , other vital infrastructures; rehabilitation of piers, harbors , beach facilities; , harbor clearing , salvage works. along philippine marine corps, ncebde charged manning of naval garrisons in shoals , islands located in west philippine sea. motto of seabees build, fight!


naval installation command

the naval installation command (nic), formerly naval base cavite, provides support services philippine navy , other afp tenant units in base complex, such refueling, re-watering, shore power connections, berthing, ferry services, tugboat assistance, sludge disposal services , housing.
