zcb, joint project of ronald lu & partners , construction industry council , development bureau, first 0 carbon building in hong kong, built in 2012 on sheung yuet road, kowloon bay industrial area. costs hkd $240 million, covering total area of 14,700 square metres of land, comprising three-storey building , landscape area. houses 7 zones: indoor exhibition , education area, eco-home, eco-office, eco-cafe, multi-purpose hall, eco-plaza, outdoor exhibition areas , hong kong’s first urban native woodland. 90% of site area covers plants, served recreational use, 60% of planted local vegetation.
