2006: party promotion

life in color founded dayglow 4 students living in florida in 2006. sebastian solano, paul campbell, lukasz tracz , patryk tracz housemates @ apartment on florida state university (fsu) campus. year 4 began throwing themed super extravagant house parties on monthly basis, bringing in dj climax music. reinvesting monthly profits, @ loss, began renting half nightclub @ time bottle , limousine service, bringing party house afterwards. parties grew in size , popularity, 4 founders named committee entertainment, planning events partners. founders avid fans of house music, , took different roles. clubs began paying small company bring parties, , according solano, of few local promoters @ time focus on edm.

2007: dayglow tour series

soon friend introduced solano informal party series called dayglow, fraternity , sorority tradition @ fsu involved hundreds of college students in white shirts throwing non-toxic paint on one-another. solano, fan of sensation events in europe, inspired idea of traveling dayglow tour. , committee entertainment registered trademarks dayglow, , in 2007 first dayglow event held in miami nightclub called allure, close 600 attendees. company contacted other florida cities such orlando, tampa, , gainesville, , began pitching dayglow parties. decided rent out ucf arena, though solano stated @ time, had no idea how real concert. 4 founders dropped out of college pursue venture.

as tour increased in popularity, shows grew more extravagant in nature: booking larger acts , increasing magnitude of artistic elements. when dayglow tour started traveling cities outside of florida, founders custom-built paint cannons , guns, hiring cirque du soleil run performance department. in 2009 , 2010, dayglow stage held @ ultra music festival. after moving headquarters miami, in 2010 dayglow held first arena show @ university of central florida, @ orlando. continued tour, campbell recollecting hard manage it. 1 night, drove car tallahassee indiana productions lic -- black lights, tarps, paint. drove overnight, took mad energy drinks. ve done all.

2012-present: life in color

shortly after dayglow s acquisition sfx entertainment in 2012, company announced in september 2012 re-brand life in color. 4 members of committee retained positions in company. in 2013, life in color began hold larger music festival events, featuring multiple stages , larger lineup, leading life in color festival in miami.
