preventing avoidable sight loss
supporting independent living
creating inclusive society.

rnib have been involved in several successful campaigns including ensuring disabled people receive accessible travel information on buses , coaches across europe , lobbying uk government review personal independence payment assessment criteria.


personal independence payment

from april 2013, personal independence payment (pip) replace disability living allowance in uk. rnib s pip campaign has focussed on pip assessment criteria used calculate rate of payment received individuals. far, campaign has prompted thousands of blind , partially sighted people write , visit mps in order express concerns upcoming changes.


talking cash machine campaign
