skyway stage 3 extend skyway northwards , link missing segment gil puyat (buendia) mindanao avenue , balintawak. connected north luzon expressway. stage under construction. currently, government has accepted 2 different proposals wherein 1 metro pacific tollways development corp. (mptdc subsidiary of metro pacific tollways corp. (mptc), runs nlex , sctex, build 13.24-kilometer road of right-of-way via street of c-2 road & juan luna connecting skyway nlex via mindanao avenue dubbed nlex-slex connector road while other citra metro manila tollways corporation (cmmtc), runs skyway , star tollway, build original skyway stage 3 skyway buendia nlex balintawak run through several major thoroughfares along metro manila namely quirino avenue, lacson avenue, magsaysay boulevard, g. araneta/sgt. rivera avenue, , a. bonifacio avenue.
